Perfectly proportional and full of sass

On Wednesday, sweet MR went in for her 15 month checkup. Besides “sshhing” the crying babies in the waiting room and “no, no, noing” a mom on her cell phone, she did perfectly! We love big babies in our family, so I was pleased to hear that she’s holding steady in the 90% for her weight and the 95% for her height. “Perfectly proportional and full of sass” as the doctor said. I would have to agree. It seems that Babygirl has an opinion on everything these days! She keeps us on our toes and constantly reminds of us how lucky we are to be her parents.

Practice makes perfect…dress #2 was much, much easier. This one needs to be monogrammed, but I love the fun, brightly colored fabric.

I was serious about wanting to place an order! These are awesome!!! Those little A line dresses are just perfect on little girls!

SO glad to hear she is one healthy little girl!

I want to place an order, too! You’ve got talent, sister!

Love watching MR grow into a happy, healthy little gal!

I third the order. Boss wants you to do him up a jon-jon too – he said his hips look wide in an a line.

Carly, thanks so much for visiting my blog! You a-line dresses are too cute! I love the fabric choices. There are so many different patterns to choose from! I love to make ruffle bottom pants and love the pattern called “britches and bloomers.” Overalls are fun, something with a peter pan collar would be a good learning experience… ;) I like the company “children’s corner” patterns, if you google that there should be endless choices! Can’t wait to see what you choose next! I love to go to farmhousefabrics.com for ideas and there is a book by Lezette Thompson with creative pattern adaptations for childrens corner patterns…good luck!
